The Zabur

The Zabur (Pslams) is a collection of praises, prayers, and songs glorifying Allah. It focused more on worship and devotion than laws itself. Similar to the Torah, it's believed the original form was altered. The Zabur was given to Prophet Dawud (David). Click on the image for more!

The Injil

The Injil (Gospel) is essentially a message of love, mercy, and guidance. It taught belief in one God and good behavior. Similar to the Tawrat and the Zabur, Muslims believe the Injil was altered, and is not the same as the current Christian Gospels. The Injil was given to Prophet Isa (Jesus). YOLT. (You Only Live Twice)

After you die from your first life (Dunya), well... what happens?

After you die, your soul enters a state called Barzakh, which is the waiting time between your death and the Day of Judgement. You get a preview of either peace, or toment. It really depends on your deeds. The length (in time) of Barzakh will feel almost like a nap to the righteous people, but for the people with bad deeds, it'll feel like a never-ending nightmare.

And after Barzakh comes the Day of Judgement, where all souls will be resurrected, judged by Allah, and your deeds will be weighed. This is where Heaven and Hell comes in.

Here's the catch.

Let's say you donate a bunch of money to all the people in need. You're an amazing person, you save hundreds of lives, and you don't have a single bad deed. And let's say, for whatever unrealistic reason, you don't have the Mercy of Allah. You don't go to Heaven. You go to Hell.

Now, let's say you're a horrible person. Corruput, sinful, have nothing to say but lies, and murder and torture people. If you have Allah's mercy, you don't go to Hell. Instead... well, you go to Heaven.

What I'm trying to say is you don't go to Heaven/Hell for your deeds and actions, but only based on the Mercy of Allah. Now, keep in mind that the situations I just gave you are highly, highly unlikely. I mean, the Brooklyn Nets have a better chance at winning a championship, and trust me, that's really saying something.
